Can we talk during the bathroom Installation?
We have a strong work ethic and we say from the outset when we will start the project and keep you informed of any changes as the job progresses. we are constantly communicating with you to ensure you are happy.

How long will it take to fit a new bathroom?
We will work full days to ensure we deliver a high level of service, to totally refurbish an old bathroom including replacing and installing new fittings, sanitary ware, remove and rebuild walls (to conceal pipework, wiring etc) and replaster, and finally our expert tilers work their magic, ensuring all tiles run in straight lines..A typical bathroom, sized 2m x 3m takes 2 weeks, a wetroom anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks. Every customer has very specific needs and requirements, every quote reflects this.

Do you tidy and clean after the bathroom Installation?
We take a professional pride in our work and our attention to detail is exemplary and we take time to ensure all the final finishing touches are spot on

Will there be additional costs?
Very occasionally a problem is discovered once the project has started that could not reasonably have been anticipated or quoted for. For example, knocking down existing walls occasionally discovers underlying damp. Although the knocking down and rebuilding of walls is automatically costed in our quote, treating damp that is discovered once walls are removed is considered a new problem. In these rare and regrettable instances we will offer you an estimate of costs for treatment of the damp by damp proof experts vetted by us. Once you’re happy for PJ Installers to proceed we will do our utmost to deliver any extra work required in tandem with the existing work to a (revised) timescale and budget.

I am unsure whether to have a wetroom installed as I have heard horror stories of them leaking and causing extensive damage?
We are experts in bathroom and wetrooms installations, our knowledge of wetroom installation is second to none. We install tanking as standard because we know this prevents the leaks that many people experience with inadequately installed wetrooms.

Is your quote all inclusive?
When we provide you with a quote, we inlude in the cost all anticipated extras, such as the normal rebuilding of walls and replastering, etc. However if a problem does occur that we didn’t anticipate or estimate for (as happens occasionally in all building projects) we will inform you immediately.  Please see How We Do It for further examples of suppliers and materials used.

If I am unhappy with the way the project is progressing, is there anyone senior I can deal with?
If you are unhappy with any level of service provided, or have a concern you feel hasn’t been properly addressed, speak to your project manager or Tomas, the owner of PJ Installers.
